Letter from King's College Graduate Society

The following letter has been sent to all fellows sitting on College Council by the Graduate Society:

Dear College Council member,

I have been mandated by the Annual General Meeting to write to you on behalf of King's College Graduate Society in order to express our position regarding the proposed sanctions on undergraduates participating in the current rent strike.

The Society deplores the use of sanctions as outlined in the Senior Tutor's recent email against those students withholding their rent. We believe that the matter should be resolved through continued negotiations rather than threats.
